The rules:​

No generators.

Fires are allowed at designated fire rings. As there are a limited number of fire rings onsite, self contained fire pits (I.E. Solo stoves) will be allowed. DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD. We will have some for purchase.

There are no electric hookups or showers, however, porta potties will be available.

Pets are allowed in camping area as long as they are leashed and you clean up after them.

Pets are not allowed in the festival grounds.

Please be respectful of others and clean up after yourselves!
Rhythm of the River reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with rules.

1. Reservation and Fees

Camping Pass: Each campsite requires a camping pass, available for purchase through the festival's official website.

Fee: The camping fee is $25 per campsite.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
-
Check-In: Begins on Friday, July 11th at Noon.

Check-Out: All campers must vacate their sites by Sunday, July 13th at Noon.
3. Campsite Regulations
-
Capacity: Each campsite accommodates 1 family.

Amenities: Primitive camping is available; no water, electric, or dump stations are on-site.

Fires: Open fires are permitted only in designated areas and must be attended at all times.

Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Please respect fellow campers.
4. Prohibited Items and Activities

Pets: NO PETS ALLOWED

Alcohol: Alcohol is for purchase inside the festival.

Coolers are allowed at your campsite.

Fireworks and Weapons: Strictly prohibited on festival grounds.
5. Safety and Conduct

Supervision: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Behavior: Disorderly conduct, including excessive noise or disruptive behavior, will result in removal from the premises without refund.
6. Environmental Responsibility

Waste Disposal: Campers are responsible for disposing of their trash in designated receptacles.

Leave No Trace: Please leave the land better than you found it.
7. Parking

On-Site Parking: On site, a short walk from camping.

Vehicles: One vehicle per campsite is allowed; additional vehicles must park in designated areas.
8. Liability
-
The festival organizers and Fort Belmont are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Campers participate at their own risk and are responsible for their safety.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing a camping pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this camping agreement's terms and conditions.
